As Governor I will never support a state income tax, or a state sales tax. I will find new and creative ways to control the growth of our state government and to make it more accountable to the people. I want my tenure as Governor to be known as the time that returned New Hampshire to the principles and ideals that made our state great.”

As Governor I will work to ensure that citizens of all means have access to affordable and quality health care, that students attend the best schools in the nation and that we have campaign finance and ethics regulations that are the envy of the nation.”

For our success to continue we must set ambitious goals and put the plans in place now because the people of New Hampshire deserve the most efficient state government in the country, our children deserve the best education system, and our citizens deserve to have their voices heard by a government that is responsive and accountable to the people that it serves.
